The above estimate is based solely upon the project description and initial review of plans. Estimate could change upon discovery of the need for additional work and or materials once inspection of the project work site by a field expert. Any alterations or deviation from the above/below specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written consent by customer and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. In applications where drilling into concrete or tile there is the possibility of cracks and or breakage, we are not responsible for concrete or tile damage caused as a result of this installation. Estimated start and completion date are contingent upon Covid19 restrictions, strikes, accidents, production delays, logistical delays or supply chain issues that are beyond our control. Estimate valid for 30 days. By remitting with a credit card I agree to pay the amount below in accordance with the issuing bank cardholder agreement. I certify that I am an authorized holder and signer of the card I am paying with. I agree that I will not dispute the credit charge / debit charge through my credit card / debit card issuer or provider, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this document. I understand that Ecotech is not liable or responsible for any city code Ecotech Windows & Doors (EWD) Terms & Conditions of Sale Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date they are issued unless they are revoked by EWD, whichever is earlier. Prices may be subject to change without advanced notice. Product illustrations: All window and door illustrations displayed in estimate are for illustration purpose only. Physical product may vary due to its structure and composition. Grids: Our standard spacing between two adjacent grids ranges from 9" to 12" in width, 12" to 16" in height. Please inform your sales representatives before confirming final order if your desired spacing is different to determine if we can meet your request. All grid pattern illustrations shown are for reference ONLY. Product Specifications: Although every endeavor is made to ensure the accuracy of our estimate, we accept no liability for errors or omissions which may be found to have occurred. Customer must review, verify and confirm the accuracy of the estimate (i.e. dimensions, windows/doors series, windows/doors operation style, windows type, hinge side, frame type, color, grids pattern, glass type, special requests, etc…). Changes are NOT accepted. All customers must sign and date estimate before order is released to production. Suitability of usage: EWD is not responsible for the suitability of any products for any purpose or its compliance with any building codes. Customers are responsible to verify all applicable building code requirements prior to placing final sales order. Payment terms: A 50% deposit is required before order is released to production. Balance must be paid in full at the time of delivery or pickup (will-call). For all returned checks we will charge customer returned-check fee (i.e. NSF), not to exceed $35.00. Should further legal action occur to collect any unpaid balances the customer will be responsible to cover any and all legal fees. Credit or Debit Cards: There is a 3% convenience fee on all credit or debit card transactions. Cancellation: Once the order is signed and confirmed by the customer and it has been released to production or an order confirmation has been sent to customers, there can be no changes, modifications, or cancellations. Please contact your sales representative if you have any questions regarding your sales order. Check payments: We do not accept third-party checks or credit cards. Inspection: Customer is responsible to inspect for visual defects at the time of pickup or delivery. Customer must I acknowledge that I have read and understand this page. Initials: inform EWD in writing within 24 hours after delivery or pickup of any latent or other defects. If customer fails to notify EWD of any problems within such time, product will be considered to be to customer’s full satisfaction, thus waive all claims against EWD. Under no circumstance are customers allowed to access our vehicles up to and including the cargo area of the truck. Returns & Refunds: Once the order has been manufactured there can be no changes, modifications, returns or refund under any circumstances. No Exceptions. Product Warranty: Refer to the warranty policy for the specific product you purchased, by visiting our website www.ecotech-windows.com or by contacting your sales representative. Unclaimed Merchandise: Due to storage constraints products will be stored for 15 Days at no additional charge. Product not picked up within 15 days pickup request notification will be presumed abandoned and will become the property of Ecotech, product may be disposed of or sold to recuperate costs for services and storage. A $5/day storage fee may be applied to any products stored for over 15 days and will be charged to customer in the event that product is still available. Limitation of damages: If any product is determined to be defective, EWD shall repair or replace the defective product. EWD shall be allowed a minimum of 5 working days to repair or replace the defective product. At no time shall EWD be held responsible for any consequential damages including labor cost especially if product has already been installed. EWD will ONLY provide replacement product subject to its current product warranty policy. Indemnification of claims: Should any claims arise or be filed by anyone or any entity regarding the manufactured products, customer hereby agrees to indemnify EWD against any and all claims. Please be advised that if past or active signs of leaks are detected from the window or door opening area, replacing them with new windows and doors may not necessarily resolve the problem. In fact, the source of the leak is rarely caused by the windows or doors themselves. It is essential to have a licensed professional investigate, detect, and identify the source and of the leak. Issues should be addressed and fixed prior to installing new windows and doors. Ecotech cannot be held responsible for any leak-related issues that may arise after the installation of new windows and doors in areas with signs of prior and/or existing leaks. Advertising Program: Homeowner grants EWD permission to display lawn signage on the front and or rear lawns. You will be offered an opportunity to make some money by helping us advertise. If you allow us to display our lawn sign in your front yard, you will receive a lawn sign bonus from us at the end of the agreed upon term, up to $50/month for a maximum of three months. That is an extra $150! Just return the sign to us 90 days after installation and you will get your $150! I acknowledge that if damaged wood is discovered upon the removal of windows, Ecotech reserves the right to replace the wood at an additional cost of up to $200, which will be added to the initial estimate without prior notification. Should the cost of wood replacement exceed $200, the homeowner will be informed, and a new change order will be issued for the homeowner's approval. If your home is for sale or in escrow there is a $350 fee for inspections. For a re-finance, the inspection costs $95. Additional restrictions apply I agree to the above terms and conditions, if Ecotech is not installing, I have checked the measurements and configurations and product handling in this order and approve this order for production in accordance with the information above. I understand that any measurements and or measuring mistakes are the responsibility of the customer, once this order is signed no changes can be made, all orders are final and non-refundable.
